Leadership DevelopmentThe purpose of Leadership Development is to help you and others in your organization develop personal leadership qualities. Effective leaders are concerned about two types of success: personal and business. We help you develop leadership skills and achieve effectiveness in both these areas. A well developed team of leaders can set the stage for growth and profitability in an organization. The Process: Top management identifies specific goals for the organization and the results they expect individuals to achieve. We conduct assessments and hold conversations with each individual involved so that we get to know them better. This depth of information allows us to focus our agenda on helping individuals changes behaviors and habits that may no longer be effective as they begin to develop new ones. We monitor actions, support decision making, and help individuals navigate obstacles they encounter along the way. We follow up with each participant as needed to ensure they stay on track. Finally, we celebrate with them when they reach their goals. The Leadership Development program also includes our Competitive Advantage Boot Camp which supports individuals to develop the habits necessary to be high performers. The Results: Each individual develops written action plans with deadlines for achieving their top priorities, in life and business. The plan itself is not the product; accomplishing the goal is. We anticipate challenges and work with individuals to move beyond obstacles that have held them back in the past. Sometimes this leads us to another goal that has more meaning to the individual or business, ultimately resulting in a greater benefit for the client. The Structure: Personalized one-on-one coaching for individuals and in-house programs for organizations with multiple participants. We customize our methods to meet each client’s needs. We typically work with clients for several months or even up to a year at a time. We hold bi-weekly 2-3 hour sessions with the management team at their facility. Action plans are developed and monitored as the program goes forward. For the Competitive Advantage Boot Camp program, there are two options: Two days on-site, or seven tele-seminar sessions over seven weeks. Both options include follow-on coaching.
