Situation: The product team needed to conduct a quick, effective product development phase and release a successful manufactured product on time. The team was a young, ambitious and talented group of engineers with some senior managers leading the effort.

Solution: Senior managers asked us to conduct a strategic planning program for the product, which emphasized the creation of a roadmap for product development and manufacturing. Management wanted total involvement of the team so that they could grow into leadership positions as time went on. We conducted a strategic planning effort followed by a long-term program of developing key leaders for the future.
