Case Study:  Local Managers Lacked Skills for Worldwide Mission

Situation: Managers for the new organization who had been selected from within lacked the skills necessary for the new mission. The new focus required effectiveness in resolving complex coordination issues. Many of the new managers were not open to change. 

Solution: We conducted an organizational development program to build skills in communications, high performance leadership, teamwork and accountability. We also coached each person using an online personal assessment of their learning and behavior aptitudes and coached them in how to use the assessment to fit their new roles.

Results: The managers now perform with a much higher level of teamwork and coordination.
