Case Study: Manager DeficiencySituation: This organization had a twenty-year history of success and excellent customer service. Their customers, four large national concerns, had requested increased capabilities from the organization that would stretch resources to the maximum. The division manager had not demonstrated the ability to plan and execute well enough to meet customer expectations. Solution: Executive managers ask us to evaluate the organization and to recommend a course of action – without removing the division manager. We recommended and implemented a strategic plan coupled with development of new leaders throughout the organization for long-term continuation and business success.
