Case Study: Low Sales for Independent Business OwnerSituation: The business owner had an understanding relative who kept him afloat, but this could not continue indefinitely while the business floundered. Solution: The relative hired us to help. After the initial needs assessment, we prepared an action plan that involved marketing and sales training. We suggested separate work areas for sales and operations. We recommended that sales become a focus for the owner and scheduled his sales time and his operations time in separate blocks, with sales being 60%. We also worked on marketing and sales techniques and developed the business owner’s positive mental mindset as a sales professional. Results: Within six months, sales were up 300% and family stress was quickly improving. The business continues to grow. Read Case Study #5 - Local Managers Lack Skills for Worldwise Mission |
