Case Studies

Here are stories from businesses we’ve worked with and the results we’ve produced. Click on the symptom to read the study.

Case #1 Manager deficiency. A $6M, 25 person organization had lots of young raw engineering talent and the organization was undergoing rapid change to meet new customer requirements. The only problem was the division manager’s in ability to lead the effort.

Case #2 Uninformed supervisors and managers. A 275 person organization continually received low marks during employee satisfaction surveys. After assessing the situation, it appeared that supervisors and managers were not effective in the soft skills of managing.

Case #3 Strategic planning for new capability. A newly formed product team had to develop and manufacture a unique product that, if successful, offered significant growth potential for the company.

Case #4 Low sales for independent business owner. A sole proprietor had plenty of education, a high energy level and the technical understanding of his craft to succeed. But he was failing because he did not know how to market or sell. His income was low and did not sustain his family. He was feeling the stress of not being able to make a living.

Case #5 Local managers lacked skills for worldwide mission. A 350 person organization with a worldwide mission in 37 countries changed their mission focus over a number of years.
