Competitive Advantage Boot Camp

The purpose of the Competitive Advantage Boot Camp is to help you develop your personal leadership so that you will have more self-confidence. We assist you in crystallizing your thinking which is the first step to performing at high levels. Our purpose is to see that you make a commitment for your future, by focusing in on the activities necessary to be successful. We will lead you through a process that will make you better at managing projects, coping with difficult situations and develop new skills.

The Process: We will work together in accomplishing your goals over a period of time that depends on where you are at now and how far you want to go. You set the agenda. We assist you in crystallizing your thinking so that you focus on the goal. We advise you and monitor your developed action plan. We help you measure your performance and keep you on track. Finally, we celebrate with you along the way and celebrate even more when you achieve your most important goals.  

The Results: You will set in motion an upward spiral of success in both personal and professional effectiveness. You will have more belief in your full potential and find hidden talents that you were not aware of. Knowing the process of achievement, you will be able to write your own ticket to success and have control over your own destiny through established personal growth. You will gain a positive self-image and have the courage and self-confidence to make conscious choices and set specific courses of action that will satisfy your needs.

The Structure: The Competitive Advantage Boot Camp is delivered using one of two methods. 

1. The first, is by attending a tele-seminar which meets weekly for ninety minutes over a seven week period.
2. The second is in a group format that can be delivered over a two-day period, or extended over a seven-week period depending on what best suits your needs. For the group format, six months personal follow-on coaching is included for each participant.
